NHS patients

People who qualify for NHS treatment must be:

  • Under 18 yrs.
  • Have sufficiently severe malocclusion under the new NHS guideline.

NHS patient are expected to pay for replacement of lost appliances as outlined below:

  • Quad helix £61.20
  • Upper removable appliance £61.20
  • Bite plane £61.20
  • Twin block each £61.20/pair £112.40
  • Retainer each £61.20/pair £112.40
  • Loss of all fixed brace each £61.20/pair £112.40

Private patients

Treatment fees vary depending on the type of treatment, complexity of treatment, duration of treatment, number of appliances used, type of appliances and other factors. Therefore the exact fee will be quoted by the orthodontist.

Consultation fee is £80.00 which includes an examination of the teeth and jaws followed by x-rays, photographs and impressions of the teeth. These pre-treatment records enable the orthodontist to make a correct assessment of your teeth and to devise a treatment plan that is best suited to your case.

Private patients under 18 yrs who do not fit NHS criteria

Patients who are under the age of 18 and do not qualify for NHS treatment are given a quotation on the day of the assessment and no consultation fee will be charged.

Payment options

  • Installments.
  • Lump sum, this will attract 5 to 10% discount.
