My daughter is being treated by Dr Alimadadian. We have been going to his practice for a couple of years now and we always come away feeling incredibly grateful for his continued care and attention. Dr Alimadadian and all members of his team are simply incredible! They are clearly devoted to deliver the very best treatment to every one of their patients.

This has honestly been one of the best experiences coming to this clinic. Not only are the staff at the front desk extremely helpful, direct and most importantly, friendly, the dentists are very kind, compassionate and trustworthy. I cannot express how thankful I am and how much this place has truly helped me gain so much confidence in changing something simple as a smile. I would recommend this orthodontic clinic to anyone looking to be treated with high quality professionalism, dignity and respect whilst experiencing such an inviting atmosphere. 

My son’s braces have just been taken out and we are over the moon! He has come a long way, with a very crowded mouth and quite an overbites but thanks to his effort and the orthodontist’s hard work, he now has the most gorgeous smile. He has received the best quality care, from the welcoming smile of the efficient receptionists to the dedicated and talented orthodontists and assistants. I can only highly recommend this clinic!

I started my son’s orthodontic treatment two years ago and my twelve year old daughter is about to finish her treatment currently. My son’s treatment was so excellent that halfway through his treatment, I started my daughter’s treatment. We found their services exceptionally professional. Besides Dr Alimadadian’s highest and effective results that we received, all nurses and other staff were extremely informative and caring throughout. I highly recommend them for their excellent and very professional service. Brilliant.

Having treatment to your teeth can be very emotional, I started my treatment three years ago and Dr Ali and his team have made me feel so relaxed. Dr Ali is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in his field, the team at reception have it just right, they are customer focused, welcoming and professional. My smile makes me so happy and I am very grateful to everyone at the practice who has played a part in my journey, I would highly recommend using their practice.

Highly recommended! Despite a complicated process called impacted canine, Dr Bela Shah did an amazing job. It was all done in 26 months although it can take much longer in adults. I’m extremely happy and grateful to have met such a lovely and competent lady who always had an answer to any question and made me feel like I was in good hands So I was – I was in the best possible hands! Perfect experience. Dr Saman Hajian-Hejaz has absolutely changed my teeth, my jaw and my life. My teeth were absolutely horrendous – gapped, underbite and plain miserable to look at. Jaw surgery was also on the list. He fixed the teeth in a matter of a year and a bit – underbite has been fixed without the need for extreme surgery and my teeth are now straight and better to look at. He made me feel really comfortable and well informed through the whole process and he is really kind and attentive, even through the after care. I had a perfect experience at this clinic.

Every contact with this lady was pure pleasure; she is exceptionally professional, kind, approachable and tactful. My son was very apprehensive and anxious before our first visit, but that was soon completely dispelled. Every visit was very informative, we were allowed to ask questions and to be totally put at ease. The treatment was a huge success and my child enjoys the confidence of a perfect smile and a thoroughly enjoyable dental treatment experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend both Orthosmile and Dr Bela to all!

An absolutely brilliant orthodontist! We’ve come here for years and they’ve been incredibly efficient (to the point where my daughter has been able to leave for an appointment during her school lunch and be back in time for lessons at every appointment) The staff are very good at their job and have excellent customer service. Dr Massod Mousavi has treated my daughter and we are so pleased with the result. We first saw him when my daughter was young and he was very good at making her feel happy and we trusted him with her teeth from the start! A genuinely kind person who’s great and his job. I would 100% recommend the practice and in particular Dr Mousavi.

The clinic is a gem, tucked away in the backstreets of Shepherd’s Bush. Newly refurbished, sparkly, squeaky clean. We were greeted by an eloquent receptionist. Then shortly moved on into the treatment room. The orthodontist and his assistant were so happy, welcoming and warm we couldn’t believe it. We were given honest, sound advice. We were not rushed into spending any money at all, we were made to go home and think about our choices. A pleasure to be in their company.

Best Orthodontist in London! I visited Orthosmile Earl’s Court to fix a broken wire. The instant atmosphere as we walked in was so welcoming and warm! The lovely lady working at reception was very hospitable and offered us a drink. The building itself is brand new and very clean. The orthodontist was extremely helpful and kindly stayed late to accommodate for my train times from Uni. Would definitely recommend coming here for anything you need done.
